Three friends from Germany set out to open a hotel on the Mediterranean coast, chasing their dream of a shared sanctuary. After countless viewings, they finally find the perfect property. However, their plans are disrupted by a stubborn tenant who refuses to leave. As tensions rise, the group becomes entangled in a bitter struggle over the space they hoped to transform.
